Busselton is 225km from Perth and the drive takes about 2.5 hours without traffic delays. The highway is in good condition having two lanes almost all the way. Another way of getting to the Southwest is by bus with South West Coach Lines or by train with the Australind (be aware that the train stops at Bunbury, 52.2 km from Busselton). The train trip is very pleasant and quicker than the bus; however the bus has the advantage of not requiring transport connections to Busselton.

GETTING TO KOOKABURRA CARAVAN PARK
The best route for those who have large caravans is to approach the tourist park from either West Street or Brown Street, avoiding Queen Street which is not suitable for large caravans. Parking spots are available on the northern side of Marine Terrace and turning left onto Brown St.

Research the region
Please check the events in the region throughout the year. The South West offers entertainment, markets, concerts, surf competitions, mountain bike competitions, swimming competitions, triathlon competitions, surfing, diving, skydiving, caves exploration, film festivals and much more.
What should I bring?
If staying at the caravan park, you will need to supply sheets and towels, although they can be hired on site. Note however that the linen hire is for cabins only not for sites.

Arrival information
Reception is open from 8.00am-6.00pm daily. We are open Christmas Day from 9.00am-11.30am.
Late check in
